Previously, as President & CEO of Johns Dental Laboratories, Lisa successfully turned around a financially distressed organization—more than doubling revenue and launching international product sales. Her expertise spans budget development, team leadership, IT and HR oversight, and crisis management.

Recognized for her big-picture thinking and disciplined execution, Lisa is known for building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville and has been a multiple-time finalist for Business First’s CFO of the Year awards.
