Root & Rise partnered with the University of Louisville to support restroom upgrades inside Ernst Hall, replacing outdated ceramic tile with a clean, modern finish designed for long-term durability and ease of maintenance.

Because the project needed to be completed while students were off campus, the installation was performed on an accelerated schedule aligned to the university’s summer break. Our team coordinated timelines to support turnover before the fall semester and minimize disruption to campus activity.

The finished spaces now feature updated ceramic tile that provides a refreshed appearance, improved durability, and a cohesive restroom upgrade for a high-traffic academic building.
